Really can’t think of anything to explain this guys work aside from some moans from being blown away. I wish I could afford large prints of these landscapes.

Method Press is a brand new magazine that included an interview with me for their first edition. I was super excited and flattered that they’d interview me. It was great to communicate a lot of the thoughts that are swirling around my head. Thanks guys and congrats on such a great magazine! Check out my interview on page 40 as well as all the other great stuff.
I recently got back from a trip to South Florida where I was very excited about taking some photos. I wanted to do a whole series of circle prints based on the beach. Turns out only one image has made it. Purchase it here.

So I’m going to expose just how behind I am on things and blog about The Satorialist. A really really interesting site by photographer, Scott Schumann. I love these unassuming moments he captures every day. But what really struck me was this video of him explaining what he does. I love hearing how an artist arrives at doing what they do.

I was asked to make this a wallpaper. So here you go.
I had to blog these. They’re too funny. Thanks Aled Lewis for making my day. Your work is great. See his Flickr feed.

Here are some new designs I finished. These are some shots I took in Tennessee this past week (except the NYC one obviously). I get so much joy out of creating these. It’s a blast. Let me know what you think? Should I add the two circle ones to my Etsy shop?

So I’ve been offered a full-time job working with the great guys at Squared Eye and I took it. Starting a new job is always nerve wracking, but I believe this is a great step forward into a company who is creating incredible things. Strange enough, this will probably open up more time to concentrate on my artwork. But please don’t hesitate to contact me if you’re in need of some design work. I know a great number of awesome designers and I may still take on a choice project here and there.

Rebecca is a Canadian High Performance Event Rider from Salmon Arm BC. She asked me to create a brand for her. The process began with a phone interview, followed by a questionnaire to learn about who she is and how she wanted to be perceived. I think came up with keywords that I wanted the logo to convey. The words, in order of importance, were canadian, equestrian, competitive sport, premiere, outdoors. I created a mood board around what those key words would look and feel like. I then went through the process of creating the icon and logotype and arrived at what you see here. And keep an eye out for Rebecca in the next Olympics!
