Fabien Barral has been the biggest influence in developing my style of art. I’ve been visiting to his site, Graphic-Exchange, daily for years. He recently updated his personal site and it looks fabulous. It’s easy to navigate and he has assembled a great portfolio. This is the logo he did for his vinyl wall art, Harmonie Interieure. I’ve been seeing this logo for a while now but never really took it all in. It’s gorgeous. I would frame this and hang it on my wall. He’s done a great job of creating a sense of depth with this logo. It almost stands off the page. It’s like you could reach your hand through it and grab the twig behind his icon. Very nice.

For some reason, I’m terrified of birds in real life, but greatly enjoy birds on prints, textiles, and in the background of my wedding photos.
And anything in French c’est bon.
