We’re just ready for change. It’s really tough because we love our house. But we’ve been talking about it for a while and we’ll never know if we should move until we try. Unless someone else who is more powerful than I disagrees, I think we’ll have no problems selling it. It’s a first time homebuyers house in a fantastic location. We’re trying to find a fixer uper or even trying to build. But that may be really tough in this economy.
